What is your current turnaround time?
Turnaround time on all orders for personalised items is currently 4 weeks. Orders which have ONLY ready-to-post items in them will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Do you split orders?
No, If you are ordering both ready-to-post and personalised items then the entire order will be subject to usual turnaround times.
I've ordered a personalised learning mat, can I have it quicker if it is just generic?
Unfortunately not - It will still be subject to usual turnaround times as these items are made-to-order.
I have an open order, can I add to it to save on postage?
Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders due to the time and complicated nature of processing such a request. If you would prefer to refund your original order and order again then we can do this but please bear in mind it will put your new order to the back of the queue.
My child is X years old, what would you recommend?
As every child is different, It is very difficult for us to recommend specific products. You know your child best and what they are interested in. We have popped some recommended products by age up in the highlights of our Instagram page so please do pop over there to get an idea.
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to take on any custom orders however we are always open to suggestions for new products. Please drop us an email or contact us on Instagram or Facebook if you would like to make a suggestion for a new product.
I've not received my parcel?
If after 7 days from receiving your dispatch email you have still not received your parcel then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you.
Can I track my parcel?
You can only track your parcel if you select 'Signed For' delivery. If you are concerned that you haven't recieved your parcel then please email us 7 days after receiving your dispatch email.
Can I add a discount code after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to add discount codes after your order has been placed.
I am not happy with my order, who do I speak to?
If for whatever reason you are not happen with your order then please email email@example.com and we will do our best to make this right.
